Awesome, but pricey

Wonderful location and quality, but very expensive to own a car. Having to buy WiFi was an unexpected expense.

Good

Overall, the complex and its facilities are very nice. Maintenance staff is friendly and attentive. Office staff is not as knowledgeable as I would expect for the amount of rent paid. Property manager always takes weeks to respond to issues, which is inconvenient.

Downtown Living

Good options for food. Rush hour time gets hectic so plan accordingly. Surprisingly quiet for being located next to PSU. A few blocks from the waterfront.
