When I first walked into the apartment, I was underwhelmed. It’s not a modern apartment nor has it been remodeled. But for the low price of rent (when split between two roommates) and it’s close proximity to the school and other med students, it has been great. Now it feels like home and I’m glad to be here, no regrets!

Good apartment that fits my needs. Management is really great. I've had some problems with mice, but management has been helpful in fixing this. Ann Arbor rent is expensive and I think I got what I paid for. It's not the newest or most stylish place, but overall I think a smart choice for medical students who want to be walking distance to the school and not pay a huge amount of money.

The apartment was exactly as marketed and a close walk to the hospital. Management is very responsive and friendly.

I have enjoyed my experience at Med Center Court. The apartment is clean with 24 hour emergency maintenance available. It is your typical slightly sterile student housing, but has worked well for me thus far.

Proximity to the hospital is hard to beat.
Expect an extra $100 or so per month in surprise fees (water, trash services, ect)
Management is mostly helpful and reasonably responsive.
There is currently significant construction adjacent which is frequently loud and disruptive.
Parking is included, but is unassigned and can be difficult to find if arriving late in the evening.
The “gym” has a couple free weights (up to 30lbs), a tread mill and a broken elliptical. Several pieces of equipment are broken to the point of being dangerous, and there are no plates available for the Olympic bar that lives in the corner.
Closet space is a strong point.
It is dated and far overpriced for its quality, but Ann Arbor is an expensive city in general - you are paying for the convenience to the hospital.

Med Center Court is a great apartment in close proximity to University Hospital. The management team and maintenance teams are great—professional, attentive, and skilled at their jobs. I would recommend anyone to live here who wants convenient access to the medical center.

This is a solid apartment by most means, but it feels expensive for what I'm getting. I don't have any major complaints outside of the fact that each rent check hurts my wallet big time.
