Management is great!
My experience with living in Charles Towers has been great. Unlike other similar buildings in the area, there is no fee for using the service elevator and it is simple to book it. The staff is always willing to help with any maintenance-related issue.

Great but bit expensive
I think Charles Towers is a great place to live downtown. However, it's a bit expensive. And considering the fact that there is no grocery store underneath, you kinda live in a food desert. The amenities, the events organized, and the staff is very friendly. Only problem is the price I would say and currently no grocery store. I think they can lower down the prices.

Charles Towers
I have spent about two years in Charles Towers. The apartment covers utilities and has a gym on the lower level. Washers and dryers are also on the lower level and can be used at an extra cost. Private washers and dryers are not in the individual apartments. The complex has an outdoor pool available to residents in the summertime. Parking is in a garage below the complex for an additional fee. There are a number of restaurants and bars within a block of the complex, but the bars do not attract much of a night crowd.

Friendly staff, big living spaces
The apartment building itself is decorated modernly in the lobby, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have large windows with great views of the city in multiple directions, (I had a corner apartment). The carpet is off-white, which is difficult to maintain.

Living in the Towers
The apartment was very accommodating and the building staff were always very friendly and informative. The location is the main thing is like to be better as most of the places I like to go are driving distance rather than walking. The gym is also pretty good and I am able to get a decent work out using there machines.
