Good apartment
Staff are doing a good job keeping this place nice and clean. Love the gym and theater. The amenities are easy to use and most of the time available. Free coffee in the leasing office. Many activities including yoga class, food company taste fair and pizza parties.

Nice place to live
I've enjoyed living in the Guilford -- the building is older, but the units are spacious and the apartment is well managed. There are also a lot of Hopkins students in the building.
