Good Location

Conveniently located near Morgan State. It is about a 20min walk. My location is actually nearer to Johns Hopkins but that helps in the safety factor. Near Giant and other amenities. I had the 15th floor so it was nice views. Heating costs extra during the winter. Expect to pay $100+ more in the winters.

Decent Spot

This place is decent to live in, in my 2 bedroom apartment, we have adequate living space, rooms are huge, good washer and dryer. Management tries their best to tell us on time if they are doing any maintenance. No issues except when they need to do emergency fixtures. Good for any Hopkins professional or student if they want to live nearby campus. Shuttle is a convenient 10min walk away. Theres also Hopkins Deli and giant nearby.
