Good Location if You Don't Mind the Commute

I really like living at Falkland Chase! It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, and all my neighbors have been very friendly and quiet. The kitchen was recently remodeled and has nice appliances. Maintenance has always been quick to come when we had issues. The only problem I had was at the beginning of the process of moving in, as they weren't super responsive to our emails and questions about the lease.

Good Place for Dogs

While the buildings are quite old and there aren't the amenities that the high rises have, we do like that it is pet-friendly with no size limitations (we have a 60 lb greyhound). We are pretty close to the metro (10 minute walk) and a 15 minute walk from downtown Silver Spring. The building/sidewalks around the building are not handicap accessible and there isn't a crosswalk to get to our building, so we are constantly beating traffic to get across 16th street (4 lanes).
