SPOILER ALERT: cockroach-infested community, zero security, and terrible communication

I moved into CityLakes in June 2025, and from the very first day the apartment was infested with cockroaches. We sent videos, photos, and multiple reports since day one. Despite several treatments and a promised ‘flush’ service, the infestation continues. We have been living among cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, shower, carpet, and even the bed.

Communication with management is terrible. The office never answers the phone — only a call center with no real information and no ability to help. Fumigation appointments have been rescheduled four times without notice, forcing us to live for over a month with all our belongings packed in boxes. One of us even had to sleep in the car because a scheduled treatment never happened.

Security inside the complex is also a major issue. On September 16, my car window was smashed inside the property and money and documents were stolen. Several other vehicles were broken into that same night. Management did not send any warning, apology, or notice.

We are paying full rent but living in unsafe, unsanitary, and completely undignified conditions. We have photos, videos, and documentation of everything. We are requesting immediate intervention because the property has not resolved any of these issues since day one, and we cannot continue living like this.
