The Baldwin Review
This complex is very lenient as long as you are giving them the rent on time, with most things, and the maintenance crew is incredible. I do not like the management/leasing team, and the crime rate is higher than I would like for the cost of rent in this area. Also, many pet owners do not use due diligence in disposing of the pet waste.

Only if you go to Barry Law
would not live here if i wasn't a barry student. its expensive but worth it for the convenience for me. has EV chargers.

Noisy
The apartment is fine. The rent is too high and the sound of the traffic is loud since it is right next to colonial. The management staff are not very friendly. Issues with the air conditioner on multiple occasions. Maintenance fails to keep up with issues and be proactive about fixing them. No enforcement when it comes to people letting their animals defecate on the sidewalk. It is located close to Baldwin Park which is a nice area to walk and has restaurants located there as well. The rent in Baldwin Park is too high however.
