Avoid

I'll say the only good thing going for this place is the location. It is conveniently close to everything you will need. Other than that I would avoid. We have had nothing but water problems here. I do not know if it is because the pipes are old, thin, or just made of glass. On three separate occasions we have had our apartment flooded due to the maintenance staff "fixing" things and majorly inconveniencing us. Even with that aside they have had to shut off the water due to emergencies way more than any normal apartment should. Also take note that most of the appliances are older and we have had to have them fixed on multiple occasions. There also seems to be problems with the AC or insulation here because you will be paying between $275-$400 a month on a two bedroom apartment.
