Perfect for first time living alone!
I actually love living here. I live in a loft, so it feels like I have double the space of a normal apartment. I have a half b bathroom downstairs for guests and a full bathroom upstairs. It's big enough for a pet. It's very close to a bunch of food places, nail and beauty places, grocery stores, and gyms. There's not a lot that I dislike. I did come across a pest problem, but once I had the place sprayed down, I haven't had anymore issues. The neighborhood is safe. There's a lot of children, families, and pets. I would just be cognizant of the pricing because it seems that they're jumping up in rent and I got a really good rate.
