Very good community and neighbors
The apartment buildings seem to be well maintained for the most part and the leasing staff are friendly and welcoming even though they're not able to do much; the apartment building got bought three months before we moved in and they are in the middle of renovations, so things are in flux.
Besides that, there's a locker that gets used for securing packages while you're away that's neat but not used as often as I'd like because not every Amazon delivery person gets access to them but UPS and Fedex usually use em. When things get left outside your door, it will likely be there when you get home. In my three months of living here and multiple amazon package deliveries, not a single one was stolen. Great place to live :)

Lots of space for your money
It’s a nice complex, and a lot of space for your money. They are doing renovations, so I think future students should keep an eye out for what this place could become.
