Cozy Condo for Rent

Nice building, we live in a renovated unit with modern features. Convenient 5-minute walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, parking comes with unit, and management is decent.

Great location BUT ok building

The Potowmac Overlook is in a prime location. Close to Georgetown bars and restaurants, a block from Trader Joes, and a few blocks from Whole Foods. It is a little less expensive than the other buildings in the are. However, there are little to no amenities- there is no work out room or pool. Also, the building has been having mouse problems for quite sometime now.
