Very quiet, safe neighborhood close to the Duke Hospital. Good value for the square footage.

it is a quiet, calm neighborhood with an outdoor pool and gym. mix of grad students renting and older people / families that own their townhomes. super easy drive to campus ~8 minutes from parking garage. 2 parking spaces in front of your door, with additional visitor spots scattered around. different units rented out by different property management so still look into reviews of different management bc experiences may vary! Massey Real Estate has been good for us!

Short distance from DUMC, but nice and quiet.

My husband and I really enjoy the townhouse! It is super close to Duke, and we have very lovely neighbors in our quiet community:) Also, there is a community pool and gym!

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood of mostly young professionals and graduate students. Great for walks around the community, and running distance to the Duke Forest. Only about a 8 min drive to Fuqua

Nice Townhome

Thompson Ridge is a townhouse area that is about 5 minutes away from campus. It is quiet and close to everything. It is great for anyone who wants to live in a quiet neighborhood and have more space than a typical apartment.

Thompson Ridge is a great town home community. Affordable and close to Duke with great walkable and a pool and gym! Also has a dog parking and recycling in the community. Most townhouses are two stories with 2-3 bedrooms. Parking in front of townhouses and guest parking. No problems with safety or security.

I really enjoy living at Thompson Ridge! There is a pool, dog park and gym included in the HOA fees that are easily accessible and get the job done. There are a lot of nice trails around the neighborhood and it is generally very safe. Mostly all young professionals, resident physicians and graduate/professional students. Lots of dogs!!! Really close to campus with a bus stop that goes to DUH as well as ninth street.

Great townhouse in an awesome neighborhood. My only complaint is that maintenance is difficult to access, but there haven’t been many maintenance issues so it’s been alright.
