Townhome in Thompson Ridge

Great community, just minutes from campus. Lots of other Duke students in complex. Super quiet neighborhood, ample parking. Well maintained by homeowners association. Brand new (less than 2 years old) homes, various floorplans, great value for amount of space and amenities. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors on main floor, carpet upstairs. Very difficult to come by because people love them, if you see one grab it! Pet friendly community, but case-by-case basis with homeowner (ours doesn't allow :-(..)

Love living at Thompson Ridge Townhomes

Great experience living in Thompson Ridge! It's way cheaper than other apartment complexes, and it's only 2.5 miles from school. The neighborhood is very family and pet friendly.

LOVE Thompson Ridge

Brand new townhouse community just 2 miles west of Fuqua. Great pool, small community gym, surrounded by Duke forest, and I have a yard + fireplace! Oh, and they have a dog park. A nice escape from the hectic b-school life. More and more Fuquans are making their way into the community, though if you constantly want to have access to hundreds of classmates you should stick with S9. Can't beat the value or location.
