Great amenities & new bldg

The building is less than 5 years old, is well located downtown, and has fantastic amenities. But the management is god awful. So many issues going on there, such as denying packages, shady charging practices, etc. Also lots of residents don’t give a damn about where their pets go to the bathroom so they let them go in the 2nd floor courtyard by the parcel lockers, pool, outdoor rec area, etc. I personally prefer Atelier across the street. Nicer building too.
