Really nice building - area is great

Super nice and modern apartment complex, good amenities like pools, lounges etc. Maintenance is always quick and the building management is generally great. Love the location, close to Little Tokyo and the Arts District. Only deducted some points because there is a homeless problem to the left of the building, as it is a few blocks away from Skid Row - you should expect to see people out on the sidewalks, but that’s almost everywhere in LA.

Adult living for a college price. Despite being near Skidrow, security is good.
