Safe and convenient, good for pet owner, but expensive
11 Marche is a safe and convenient place to live. You can access the bus lines, streetcar, and MAX easily. If you don't own a vehicle, this is a great location.
It's also an expensive place for a student to live. However, if you have an animal companion that requires walking outside, this is a great location with PSU campus and the Park Blocks at your doorstep.
