Bell Meadowmont

Love the apartment and the complex. Older building but updated. Only downside is the building is wood frame and you can really hear the upstairs neighbors.

Bell Meadowmont

Very convenient location - <10 min to school, across the street from Harris Teeter grocery store, some restaurants are within walking distance, the adjacent neighborhood is very nice with great running trails, and I-40 is not far for commuting spouse. The value for the property is fair as most of the units have been renovated within the last 3 years.

Solid, Affordable option close to shopping center

Thus far I've really liked living at Bell Meadowmont. The communal facilities are nice- great pool and grill area with a lot of seating, gym is small but has the essentials, friendly staff. Staff is prompt when addressing maintenance issues. It's in a great location- easy access to a great walking path, right across the street from Meadowmont shopping center (restaurants, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Orange Theory, etc.).

Really nice - Stayed there both years of business school

This property is very well managed. I did not feel like I was living in "student housing" even though there were dozens of other graduate students who live here. Everyone is super kind, courteous, and friendly. I always felt very safe living here.
The grills by the pool are nice too.

Newly renovated apts

All apartment are newly renovated. Bad reviews you find online are from last year when construction was going on. Now everything is brand new: pool, apartments,... New manager Rachel is great and very helpful.

Nice apartment

The apartment is very spacious and the property as a whole is well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. It is a quieter development than some others around but still has a nice pool area with lots of space.

Bell Meadowmont for Business Students

The apartments are great (easy to access, plenty of parking, quiet, respectful neighbors), but I wish I had better access to gym amenities (something I didn't think I wanted, but definitely do now). I also wish it was more secure. It's very quiet, which is often nice, but I also wish it had more of a business school social scene and was closer to social things.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived in the Apartments at Meadowmont for some years now. I had no complaints until the complex recently switched management, headed up by the most incompetent people

Next to Meadowmont shopping center which has some food options and other shops. Also within walking distance from a grocery store.
The neighborhood it great because it's walking distance to the grocery store and a few restaurants. It's close to main roads but is also not loud at all.
Excellent neighborhood

Fantastic neighborhood. Would be great for a family and very safe.
We have about 10 first-year MBA students here which is a great number to carpool without it being too rowdy. The community is served by a free bus route that goes to campus and several more direct routes run across the street at the Friday Center.
Nice with lots of shops, gyms, etc.
Expensive clothing stores.
Close to Harris Teeter and restaurants/bars across the street, Close to bus stop R line at Harris Teeter Meadowmont. Or a short walk to Friday center, where a lot of bus lines stop.
