Great small building; management company a little slow

Small building is great. Not a ton of people coming in and out. Management company can be a little slow with repairs

Awesome location!

Great location- <10 minute walk from Foggy Bottom, Georgetown and Dupont, no rent increases each year, more heterogenous neighbor population (not all young college students, some families, some elderly, some pets), no front door person- fob key used to enter building
