Best spot in Austin

The only downside is that it is not directly along a transit route. But, if you have your own car, I can't think of a better place in Austin to live.

Pros: Amenities (rooftop deck), Location & Neighborhood, Management. Cons: Bit far from campus, on the pricier side.

Great location, great management

I love my apartment. It is a nearly brand-new building so super clean. The residents are polite and the management is so great--friendly, helpful, sincere. The location is amazing. I am really close to downtown (just across the river!) with easy access over the pfluger pedestrian bridge. The roof deck is beautiful and the views are amazing! There are lots of grills to cook at and chairs to lounge in on the roof and in the courtyard. Toomey is a quiet road so you are not dealing with loads of traffic. Plus, there are food trucks and the original Chuy's right next door. Awesome!

Great location...not for big dogs!

Coldwater is in a great location. We loved walking to grab a drink and going to the river for a run. Unfortunately, we have a large dog and there is no dog park or enclosed area they can play. The gravel outside always makes its way in each time you walk.

Great place to live!

Awesome location! The building is always well maintained and the building staff is extremely friendly. Nice roof top views and gym accessibility. Within walking distance of the lake and the trail. Perfect spot for pets. Easily walk downtown as well.

So much nature is walkable from here. Ladybird trail, Zilker Park, etc. Public transit is also good, and I can bike to downtown while staying off of the main roads.

Wouldn’t live anywhere else! Besides maybe downtown so I don’t have to deal with the traffic crossing the lake. But it’s the best and where all the best restaurants are.

The location is close enough to downtown to be easily accessible to anything, but the rent is notably less expensive. Taking the bus to/from campus has not been as convenient as I had hoped so I ended up bringing my car down to Austin, but parking in the building is affordable. I also have a bike, but I have heard that they are stolen quite frequently (more of an Austin issue than an apartment issue), so I'm grateful that my closet is huge and I have plenty of space to store it in there.

It’s great being next to the river and Zilker Park. If you like to run or walk, this is the best location for you.
