very nice apartment, in-unit washer/dryer, parking is extra but it’s garaged and underground. apartment gyms are nice and the location is great

Great location, great amenities
The apartments at Radius feel sleek and modern, and the building has any amenity you could need including 2 gyms, a pool, rooftops, etc. Maintenance needs are always met in a timely and efficient manner. It's very pet-friendly and in a great location relative to public transportation and Koreatown offerings. It is also in a good location for USC students who want to get away from campus while still having an easy commute. Occasionally, the walls are thin and other residents can act as less than great neighbors, but overall, the leasing team does their best to address any problems. I would recommend Radius to anyone looking for an apartment.
