Pressler Review

I really enjoy living at Pressler. There's a great dog park nearby, but I do wish the apartment itself had amenities for dogs like some of the other complexes in Austin. The apartment feels safe, but there could always be more security features. The complex is quiet but close to great restaurants and bars.

Pretty pretty pretty good

It all depends on what you want to get out of your apartment. I like this location because it is within walking distance of Ladybird Lake trails and west sixth, which is where many social gathering occur. The train is a bitch though.

Great Apartments

A great complex to live with so many amenities. Being from the East Coast, this was a welcoming environment for a new transplant. With an outdoor patio, and a pool to use, it's prefect for bbq to invite friends over to entertain. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially because the price is even nicer!

Love Pressler Apartments!

Great management company. I moved there 2 years ago and iI'm loving it. My rent didn't increase by much when I renewed my lease which is great. Maintenance is great and there are a bunch of business people in the area. Amenities are fairly good and I love the downtown parking. Keep up the great work folks!

Walking distance of everything

Great location. I could walk everywhere, which I love. Pool is great and neighbors are fairly quiet. The modern appliances look amazing in the kitchen along with the updated counter tops. My space gets a ton of light which is huge for me. I love sitting by the window and reading a book.

Old West Austin Reviews

Safe during the day- just be watchful and don't be out alone at night because it's downtown. The huge plus is that the bus for Rowling is RIGHT BY the apartment. HUGE plus.
It's nice to be able to walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joes for groceries. There are a lot of salons and boutique type stores in walking distance. The one downside is that there is no drug store (CVS or Walgreens) in walking distance.
Lady Bird Lake is amazing and about 200 ft. away. The W 6th bar and restaurant scene is great. Bike trails are easily accessible. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and a bus stop are all within a block.
I love living in Clarksville! It's close enough to Lamar to still enjoy the benefits of living in downtown Austin, but it's quieter and safer. There are great restaurants and bars nearby and plenty of nice coffee shops to study at.
I love that it's walking distance to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Corepower Yoga, and 6th street.
Great access to campus metro and <10 minute walk to bars and restaurants on West 6th.
Super convenient commute but not as charming as East Austin neighborhood, for instance.
relatively quiet but close to everything, restaurants, bars, downtown, campus. i love it.
