Good price, all the amenities I want, nice enough place, good location, parking included. Many units owned by individuals, so the quality of your experience will depend on how chill your actual land lord is.

great deal for an apartment with parking and utilities included, central heat/air. quiet neighborhood. the apartment itself is very sunny. spacious. no in-unit washer/dryer. the common washer/dryer is in basement, and only takes quarters. 2 dollars per load.
