Nice apartment if you like the suburbs.
The property is very clean, but if you don't pay for a parking spot it is very hard to park. The management is not very good as they often make mistakes on the rent and I have to go to the office and correct them. Some of the apartments have been remodeled and they look very nice with wood floors, but I have an old one from before the remodel. The maintenance is great, they come so fast. You have to drive to school because the bus will take you like 2 hours, but driving only takes 20-30 minutes.

Good apartment, bad management
They renovated apartments which look beautiful, but I have an old and unrenovated one which is prone to mold since the water pipeline burst in the upstairs apartment. The area is nice, if you have a car, because public transportation takes forever if you don't (suburbs). Apartment complex looks nice and no crime, but the management is unprofessional and not very good. There's a small gym, 2 pools and hot tubs, and pets are allowed. You have to pay for parking.
