I love it here. It is very quiet and the property is well-maintained. It is very close to campus and there is plenty of parking available.

Great place for a family to live. Reach out to management and they will help you find openings.

I like that it is a gated community, but the HOA costs go up every year.

It's a nice, quiet condo community for grad students. It's 3 mins away from school, which is amazing. There aren't any loud parties, which was important for me as a law student. I feel safe. It's simple, but it's what I needed.
Because it is a condo complex, there aren't any amenities, which is kind of a bummer. A MAJOR downside is that there is no recycling. I really don't like that. Otherwise, it's a great little place to live.

I have had a mixed experience living in this condo unit. There have been a few pest issues that I've worked diligently to resolve. Some of the neighbors are a bit noisy and there was a shooting in this unit this year. It's a gated community but it goes to show these things can happen anywhere. Some of my concerns have not been handled swiftly by the HOA or the realty company. The plus is that it's close to campus, spacious and has lots of natural light.

Exactly 1 mile from the law school, Deacon ridge is a solid choice for students.
