Mostly a good place to live
Su Casa has been a pretty good place to live. The maintenance is incredibly prompt. It's an older building, and we have on-site, but not in-unit, paid washer and dryer. Our unit is a bit dark, most of them likely are. The property is generally well-kept. Someone did still our bikes from the bike rack out front, but that's just Austin. There is free guest parking on site. We haven't had any pest issues whatsoever. Many of the units back up to an alley way that is incredibly loud at times, with garbage trucks going through about 3 AM on Sunday nights, and some yelling occasionally. It's in Hyde Park, with some cool spots nearby, walking distance to a Central Market, a few gyms, some dive bars, and multiple good coffee shops. Also a ~40 minute walk to the graduate business building. Overall -- it's not bad, fair for the price, but we will likely move next year because of the aforementioned noise and for more natural light.

The actual apartment is quite nice, but my experience with Rainier has been horrible. My bike was stolen, my apartment flooded, and management requests take a long time and oftentimes repeated contact is needed to achieve basic things.

The complex is quiet, clean, and livable. I have had some minimal HVAC issues which took a bit to rectify but by and large I have a positive experience thus far with the property and its management.
