Good apartment
The apartment is clean, neat and secure. Good place to live.

Filthy on Move-In
Absolutely disgusting. They said they would clean it before move-in and then did not. Also said that certain repairs would be made and then did not do this. Otherwise, it is a very cute complex. My unit doesn't have a dishwasher or garbage disposal or heating but I got it a bit cheaper than normal. Not much sunlight. Just one window in the front that is higher up. Bus stop that takes you close to the school is literally a few feet away from the complex. Very nice neighborhood. I've lived in the area for about 2 years and I love it. It is very quiet. I think the walls are thin. You are responsible for pest control.
