Easy living
Overall, I enjoy living here. I love having my own bathroom. It's a 15-minute walk or less to Ross and Ford, and there's also a very convenient shuttle that goes to and from campus. The amenities such as the gym and in-unit washer/dryer are very nice to have. Many Ross MBA students live here so that makes for easy socializing. There are many undergrads here as well. During the summer, the courtyard can be loud. Also beware of living on the side of the building next to the train tracks. The HVAC system is not well designed.

(Studio) - tiny, but well-appointed & great amenities
This is a great, modern apt. with all amenities you could want. However, the studios are very small and very expensive for what you get. They are furnished, which is a bonus, and have everything you need, but the prices are a bit crazy. Management isn't great, but I haven't had any issues. They've always responded quickly to my maintenance needs.

Nice
I live with 4 people we share the living room and kitchen only, so that's nice. Our leases are separate. The space is adequate.

Great location and amenities. Walls are thin, rooms are smaller depending on the layout.

Great ammenities with campus shuttle service
The Yard is convenient and has everything you need for your time at University of Michigan. It's walking distance, has a nice gym, a pool (when it's not freezing), common areas, study areas and furniture included.

Downs, the train passes by, expensive, too much parties in some apts

Nice apartment, lots of undergrads
The apartment is lovely - it has a great common space where a lot of events are held - perfect for a last minute gathering spot for an organization. The courtyard is also nice.
In terms of the negatives, there are no rules on when the courtyard can be used and systems installed when the building was built (like the electronic door man) still aren't live.

Good gym. Pool during warmer months. Management cares about building and they keep it clean.
