not bad but look elsewhere
Elliston 23 probably has the biggest apartments for the least amount of money. Lots of closet space, full size washer and dryer. The amenities are not well maintained. There are a lot of air bnbs in the building and they make a lot of noise. Initially the noise was bad but it has been a lot better since summer ended. Packages are a bit disorganized.
All of that said even though my rent is high I wouldn’t have been able to live alone in other buildings. Maintenance responds to requests quickly, and the pool is nice but could use new chairs. The gym is okay but could be cleaned more often and the machines could be repaired more often.

Great quality, more price transparency
Quality of the building is fairly high. Amenities include a pool, small gym and in-unit washer/dryer. I've been extremely satisfied overall with my experience. However, significant price gouging occurred when I renewed my lease (rent was increased by $300 and I didn't have the means of moving out at the time). Additionally, there are about $100 in hidden fees that aren't clearly articulated in the lease agreement. I'm currently paying for two separate trash services, "shared electricity" and some non-descript administrative fees. Forewarning: whatever the listed rent price is, expect to pay between $100-$120 additionally per month in mandatory fees (electricity is separate).
