Cooper Village Apt Review
This is a good place to live if you want to be close to school. I really enjoy being able to quickly get to school (in a 2-3 minute walk) or come back home for lunch. However it might be a little overpriced for the limited amenities we are provided with our rent. The appliances are newer however, which is nice.

Very small 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 large kitchen/living room
Condition was decent. It was a brand new apartment in an old building. Appliances were brand new but the washer/dryer was broken for the first 2-3 months of my residence (this was fixed by management). Good location right across from medical school

Convenience at a price
Apartment looks nice with hardwood floors and nice countertops, which is great since you're paying so much for rent.... but bathroom ceiling has previous issues with leaks that took months to fix.

Management isnt very accommodating and over charges. They basically take advantage of medical students with limited housing options in a city like Camden.

Convenience
Cooper Village is extremely convenient and fairly clean. It has easy access to CMSRU and Cooper Hospital. It also includes washer/dryer which is great!

Pricey even though average quality
Issue with parking and delivering packages are the biggest stressors. We have to physically open the door for any delivery man because there is no code to enter the apartment (specifically need to access key).

Parking will be rough for a year until the garage is built
Apartments are bigger than anything in philadelphia
right across the street from school
would recommend car to go grocery shopping since no grocery stores near by

Convenient but Management is Difficult
I lived at Cooper Village in a 1BR for 2 years while attending CMSRU. Truthfully, the location cannot be more convenient for M1-M2 year. Having the convenience and flexibility to go to and from my home when coursework is demanding/mandatory sessions abound was very worthwhile. If you choose to live in Cooper Village, try to lock in their discounted rent.

Convenient location to school but not ideal
The apartments are not priced appropriately. Varying sized apartments with the same number of bedrooms are priced the same, some being double the size. Additionally, the price is higher than the area would warrant. The landlords are not responsive to contact. There is very little noise insulation between rooms.
