OK Experience

The best part of the apartment complex is that it is right next to the USC Gould School of Law. If you live here you will literally be the person that lives the absolute closest to the school. The rooms are nice. The downsides are that the management is difficult to deal with.

Positive Residential Experience

I lived in this apartment building last year as well. Management is generally attentive and the quality of the building and its facilities is great. The biggest draw is the location relative to Gould and the underground parking lot in the building. My biggest complaint has been ameliorated, but I did have an issue throughout last year with the people living above me constantly stomping around or doing something that was creating loud noise almost every night, sometimes as late as 4:30 am on week nights.
