Overall Good apartment
The apartment has gated garage and the inside is very nice. It is walking distance from Little Tokyo Japanese Village and Grand Central Market, but beware there are a lot of homeless in the area which can make it feel unsafe at night. During the day time there is a lot of people walking about so it should be safe. The best part is it is a 8 minute drive to school everyday no matter the time. My apartment is 1,000 sq. ft and I pay 2.6k including all utilities and parking fees per month. Also there is a night club next door but my white noise machine drowns out the noise, but some people might find that bothersome so try to live on the rear side of the building.

Love it
Love this apartment complex. Residents are respectful and quiet. The gym is never packed. The lounge room/pool table room is never packed and a great place to study year-round as a law student. The studio is called an urban one bedroom which actually feels more like a 1 bed than a studio because of the dividing wall. The appliances in the apt are super new and work well. Great closet spaces. Lots of natural light. Feels very safe here. Distance to Loyola is great despite DTLA traffic. It takes between 6-12 min to get to school depending on traffic. The rooftop is the best! The views are amazing and the pool is so fun. Wish they had a jacuzzi. Walls are not thin. Maintenance team is amazing. Closet broke the first week and they built me a custom one.
