Millennium Music Row

My first few months at the apartment (pre-COVID) were an overall positive experience. The complex hosted two gatherings a month often with food and drink that were great for making a sense of community. The pool and amenities were overall well kept and great. It was a 15 min walk to school. The staff were generally very nice and quick to respond. The biggest downsides for me were the relatively high price and their inability to refund any money for amenities during the pandemic. If you were even a day or two late on paying rent they would charge you more (likely a company policy). The other residents could also be easily heard at times, and because of its location near Demonbreun street, there were a lot of "parties" that could be heard outside your window especially on weekends. The proximity to restaurants and bars was a plus though (pre-COVID).

Really great complex! They had a not great manager, but got a new manager in January that seems much better. Cant hear anything from side to side neighbors, can definitely hear people above me and occasionally people below me. Very few undergrads seem to live here. Close to Vandy and all things Midtown.

I am so happy that I found a place like Millennium. This was my first time moving out on my own, so I wanted to find a place that I felt safe and welcome. The managers here are absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming and have gone above and beyond to address my needs. They know us by name and are super responsive. It is a quiet apartment, and there are frequent community social gatherings to create a sense of community here.

Millennium Music Row is a great place to live! The leasing staff goes above and beyond to create a great community for their residents. Many of them live within the community so they truly care about it. The amenities are also incredible!

Millennium is within walking distance (takes me about 12 minutes!) of Vanderbilt, Midtown bars, and numerous restaurants and shops. The parking, pool, gym, business center, abundant common areas, and free coffee certainly make it worth the price.

We love our apartment! The only complaint is that we can often hear the people above us walking around. However, we have never heard any noise from our neighbors on either side.
