Love if you are keeping school and life seperate
Great landlord, prompt on fixing emergency problems, stays out of your hair otherwise. He has a list of "future" projects for each apartment that he won't get to without prompting. The apartment unit is clean. Not a lot of built-in storage area, but the floors and paint is all brand new.
Location: Right in Little Italy, but away from all the bustle of Mayfield. A little hike to school, but the shuttle makes it easy for school days and the Healthline is there for weekends.

Great location
Love being so close to little Italy, and the landloard is great. He gets repairs done quickly and his renovations are lovely. Does not pester you. He does keep a running list of things he'd like to fix up or renovate in your apartment, and those things you will have to remind him constantly if you want them done.
