Coventry Duplex
Great house that me and my partner rent. We plan on staying here through the entirety of my graduate schooling. This is a 5 bedroom house and two of us rent it so we have plenty of space. If this house was to support 5 people each bedroom would be quite small. The utilities are a bit expensive but not outrageous. The house is very nice and has had recent renovations but there is a lot of work that could be done (the floors and walls are very tilted). It is great that it is so close to Coventry and that parking is included. The management is excellent. This is a great house and we are very happy we discovered it.
