Review of Innerbelt Lofts
I've had a truly positive experience living at Innerbelt Lofts. The building itself offers a unique blend of industrial charm and modern comfort, with spacious layouts, high ceilings, and thoughtful design touches that make it feel like home.
One of the standout aspects of living here has been the management team. Bridget and Ian are simply wonderful—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents. Whether it's handling maintenance requests promptly or fostering a sense of community, they go above and beyond to ensure that tenants feel supported and valued.
Innerbelt Lofts is a great option for anyone looking for a distinctive living space with a team that truly cares. Bridget and Ian make all the difference, and their dedication creates an environment that’s both welcoming and well-managed.

so far so good
The hallways and common spaces are like, not cute though, because they are barely cleaned. The gym is small and cannot have more than 2 people comfortably. The cooling/heating system is so loud. Also the walls aren't that thin, but the door is thin so you hear all the doors of other apartments opening/closing all the time. The studio layout doesn't really have a good closet, so I had to buy a separate clothing rack. But, the studio layout is nice and spacious with high ceilings! Depending on which side your apartment faces, you may get good sunlight in the morning. The management responds quickly and so does maintenance, and they are all very nice and accommodating.

It's a good deal, but there may be better options
Good:
- The amenities are all renovated and really nice.
- For the relatively cheap price, I get a large apartment with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central A/C, and apartment gym. Those are some great perks.
- You can drive/take the Healthline to the HEC. It's very convenient and the drive is super easy.
- It's pet friendly, but I don't have any pets. But, the option is there.
Bad:
- The neighborhood has a lot of power outages that affect this apartment. There is normally ~1 per month, and the garage and front door do not function properly without electricity, so I cannot even exit my apartment safely.
- The Midtown area is not the most safe at night, so I do not feel safe walking around when it's dark.
- There is no formal lobby, and I had one incidence where my package was stolen and nobody really did anything.

Innerbelt Lofts
Very nice apartments with easy access to Health Line RTA stops (30 second walk from the front door). Management is pretty responsive but can sometimes be unreliable.
