Perfect Mix of Everything
The apartment is pretty big, reasonably priced, has garage parking, allows pets, and is in a wonderful location within walking distance of both Coventry and Little Italy. The only downside is that the building is a bit old but maintenance is responsive to any requests.

Good apartment and a solid location. Landlords are a little slow on maintenance and responding to requests, but they do take care of everything when asked. Covered parking available for 45/mo right on the property. Nice natural lighting and big windows!

Good place to live
Very nice place, no control over heating but it was never cold, no AC in unit - gotta get a window unit.Annoying to have a pet there, because my unit is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so I have to go down 4 flights every time I let my dog out. Parking is sometimes an issue and expensive . Guests can't park overnight.
