Pretty Good Spot Depending on Your Needs
Pros:
This complex is great for pets--there are walking trails, dog bag dispensers near sidewalks, parks, and spacious balconies. It's also within walking distance from a nice grocery store (sort of like Whole Foods or PCC), a brewery, and a handful of decent restaurants. When I moved in a couple of years ago, this was the best value I could find in terms of size, price, parking, and condition of the apartment.
Cons:
It can feel pretty far from school. I can get to L&C in about 20 minutes, but if traffic or the weather is bad, it can take up to 40 minutes. Though the commute isn't too bad, I don't know of any classmates who live in this area and sometimes I have wished I looked harder in SW or SE.

Great for pets, space
The management at Sofi at Cedar Mill is great. They know residents by name and have been extremely helpful whenever we've had issues. Additionally, the area is surrounded by parks and walking trails, and there are free doggie bag dispensers all around. The commute to campus is a bit farther, but it is also incredibly consistent. Regardless of the day of the week or the time I head to/from campus, I can plan to be driving for 20-25 minutes. I also appreciate that the area is quiet, surrounded by trees and I'm within walking distance of a great grocery store, restaurants and a few gyms.
