Best Place to Live in Portland
It is extremely safe and well maintained. All of the office and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful. Only 10 to 15 minute drive to school and walking distance to downtown as well as 21st and 23rd. The location couldn't be better. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
