Axis Review
The apartment is graduate housing and is right on Howard's campus, allowing for easy access to HUH, the medical school and other campus facilities. There are also plenty of places to eat at nearby and grocery stores within walking distance. I really like the view I have from my apartment and the front desk staff is very kind and quite helpful. However, there isn't much closet space and room sizes can vary. It can also get noisy at times due to sounds traveling up from Georgia Avenue below.

Standard
Standard amenities:bathroom, good sized desk, small couch, 2 chairs etc. Kitchen is half the size of normal kitchen so cooking and subsequent cleaning may take more time than expected. No stove but electric cooking apparatus included(works with two stainless steel cooking supplies at a time). Staff is flexible so if you have bad credit you can still secure housing if you speak to them. Situated at heart of campus but healthy eating options are quite limited within walking distance. You may need to take the bus/bike etc to get around as parking is not included. There is a park nearby but nothing else much to my knowledge.

Very difficult management
The management of the property is a headache and disorganized. The property is generally nice, but too expensive for the service. The heater/air conditioning system is also very old.
