The facility is brand new and you have access to the office on the first floor so you can study there. The RTA bus stop is also right in front of the building. The only bad thing is that it's located around a more dangerous neighborhood and you can often hear gunshots at night

Management is very good. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Premises is constantly clean and pretty safe.

I enjoy living here. I think it's affordable, and the apartment itself is nice. I feel very secure living here, and the management has been great to work with. The amenities aren't amazing, but I think for the price, I can deal with the issues with maintenance. The worst part of this apartment is the location. It's LOUD. The street is always very loud with the cars that drive by. As a graduate student, I got used to my studying habits.

The people that work for the company are nice. Everything is clean and super secure. They’ve been helpful when I’ve needed help. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place for international students who doesn't have a car.

This is a new apartment complex with very spacious and updated space and security on site. Barbershop and food on the first floor, community is nice!

Glenville CircleNorth is a well priced apartment complex that is new, close to campus (if you drive), and has shops on the first floor! The people here are super nice and it's perfect if you have a vehicle you can drive to class.

The apartment complex itself is wonderful, amenities and services are great. Staff is friendly and helpful and building is even located above small restaurants. Unfortunately, the location is close to the financially disinvested, underdeveloped, and underserved region which can at times be unsafe. Local security has been increased but car break-ins and loud noises (revving cars, gunshots, firecrackers, screaming, and yelling) can be heard on occasion.
