Great building

Very nice building with great location and amenities. Slightly frustrating leasing office and high rent.

Excellent

The commute to campus is very easy whether you walk (~15 minute walk, no hills, safe) or take the free Georgetown University shuttle (stops at the circle drive next door). The amenities are great (parking, gym, rooftop pool, grills, study space on the roof, upcoming study space on the first floor, 24/7 concierge, locked package room, central air conditioning, live-in maintenance person).

Expensive Apartment, but Incredible Location

Best apartment in Georgetown. 0.8 miles away from campus, I walk to McDonough everyday. Parking is $300 a month. Very nice gym included with the rent. Rooftop pool, two barbeque areas, and skyline view of downtown DC. Pool is only open 4 months out of year, but the rooftop is year round. I pay the highest price for a 1 bedroom (700 sq ft), but there are cheaper options available. Trader Joe's is below the apartment, along with a Whole Foods and Safeway less than .3 miles away.

Great Location

This apartment building is on the pricier side, but it has amazing amenities (gym with Peloton, roof with pool, 24/7 concierge) and is on top of a Trader Joe’s and near a Safeway. Additionally, it’s about a 15/20 minute walk from Georgetown University and M street
