The Metropolitan
I have loved my experience living at the Metropolitan so far. Its very close to school and theres a lot of law school friends here.

Great place to live
Lots of fellow law students here at the met which breeds a great community. Unique amenities such as the golf simulator make it awesome.

The best
I love the Met — the amenities and distance to school are unmatched. I can get to class in 5 minutes every day and that means so much. The staff is extremely warm, kind, and welcoming.

Great but expensive
Excellent location: just a 5-minute walk to the law school. The maintenance team is great, and the amenities like the gym and pool are a big plus. There are designated visitor parking spots, which is rare compared to other downtown Raleigh apartments. I also appreciated that the parking garage is wider than The Hue’s, making it much easier to navigate. The only downside is the price, as it’s very expensive and not as much sunlight if you are on the pool side of the building. There are also storage units for 30-40 dollars extra a month which is convenient.

90% of people in the building go to school here
There are tons of things to do, when you have a break from reading. Staff are very friendly, and service is amazing. The main lobby and amenities are also very clean and always work. The gym is nice and has almost everything needed. Rent is very reasonable and the location is unbeatable-5 minute walk to class. Very safe
