Great place, high price tag

This apartment complex is great. The staff are super helpful, the gym and pool are convenient and well-maintained, the walls are thick so you rarely hear your neighbors, the common areas are perfect for small get-togethers, there's a free coffee machine, and the management company throws frequent resident events. There is also visitor parking available at no charge!

I love living at the Metropolitan! I will be staying here for all three years of my law school career.

Metro living

My apartment has high quality living facilities. The apartment maintenance and office staff handle problems within 24 hours. Plus it’s within walking distance of the school

The Best Apartment!

The Met is one of the best apartments close to the law school! It is less than a 5 minute walk to class which is great. The gym is awesome, including a peloton membership, and the pool is nice too. The gold simulator is awesome as well! The apartment is also super new too, so I am actually the first person to live in my apartment. The office staff is super nice and they try to plan great community events even during the pandemic. My only issue is that I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but I think that is an issue at most apartments.

Walking distance and great service!

I love living at the Metropolitan! It is walking distance from Campbell and it has great options for 1 bedrooms and studios for students! I don't plan on re-leasing because it is on the pricey side to live here. You have to pay for internet and energy separately. I would recommend living here your first year to get adjusted to downtown Raleigh and campus life. I have never had an issue when living here. They keep my mail safe, I love having my car in a deck and they have food trucks often! The train next to the building is terribly loud, but other than that I have no real complaints about living here! I plan on moving just to cut costs down, but I am glad I chose this complex to live here my first year!
