Great spot to live solo
So far my experience at Colorado Station has been great! I've had a couple maintenance issues but they are prompt to repair them. It's about a mile from school which isn't a bad walk but with textbooks and summer heat I tend to drive most days. This was the best bang for my buck I found as a more affordable solo option that still has security, amenitities, and is quiet and cozy.

Good Place to Live
While it is a little pricy, I think it's in a good location for DU student. The bus stop is right in front and takes you to University and Evans. The apartments come with a small gym, a common area lounge with free Wi-Fi where you can do work, including private conference rooms. There is also access to an outdoor pool and there's a free to use coffee machine in the main area. The space of the apartments is just enough for a college student.

Green space perk
Overall it's a good apartment complex with a large green space. It's near transit so it is easy to get to school and downtown internships. We have never had any major issues in the three years we have lived here and management has always been very quick to provide assistance when needed.

Affordable + updated living near campus
This apartment is below the market price for the university area and the units are very spacious! The management company was very quick on repairs and it was great having a pool.
