Trails at Bathabara

The actual apartment I have now is great and spacious. It is very close to school. The first one bed I moved into had been smoked in and wreaked to the point where I could not live there. Management was difficult to work with when moving and told me that many units have been smoked in despite being a smoke free community. I had to pay more money and transfer my wifi/electric. Also, while living here many of my neighbors cars have been broken into and a neighbors apartment was robbed, so I would not consider it the safest.

Overall, my apartment is very nice. It has a good amount of parking. The management is very responsive to any issues. There is also a pool and usually at least one activity a month. In general, the apartment is pretty quiet, although occasionally you can hear people outside.

Very old apartment building , appliances are very dated . Very close to school. Rent is a little high for what I get.

I live close to campus. The apartment complex is gated, but sometimes the gate is broken. Overall, the apartment is pretty quiet, though you can occasionally hear people outside. Any time I have had an issue, maintenance has been quick to respond.

The Trails at Bethabara is a good place to consider living if you don't have to live right on campus. I pay the smallest rent of any other Wake students I know. Maintenance is also around and ready to help at a moment's notice. The trails in the woods behind our place are nice to have as a convenient way to relieve stress and take a break. There weren't a lot of other Wake students when I lived here; however, the neighbors who are here are friendly if you take the time to get to know them.

Trails at Bethabara is a great community to be a part of. It is very quiet and family centered here. It is also right around the corner from a lot of great, local restaurants and grocery stores.

Rent is affordable and it is pet friendly. As a student at Wake Forest, it is also within driving distance to campus (7 minute drive). Highly reccommend!!

The apartment complex is nice, usually gated (there is an issue at the moment) and pretty safe. You can sometimes hear people outside but it’s relatively quiet.
