Good apartment for the price/location
Overall a decent apartment! Nothing fancy, but the studios are a plenty of space for one person. The property managers live in the apartment building and are very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the management company they work for does not seem to want to invest much into maintaining the property. It's an old building and there are cockroaches. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work so you have to take the stairs, so I would suggest trying to get a unit on one of the lower levels.
The best thing about the apartment is the location. Right by Wayne Law, across from a gas station, stops for public transportation are right by the building, and there's easy access to I-94 and I-75. Pretty quiet overall, I've never had a problem with noisy neighbors.
