Good location, affordable rent!
The building is older and not as nice as the luxury apartments nearby, but is cheap and the landlord here is much more friendly and responsive than apartments in Westwood where I've lived that had multiple building managers. Water is included in rent, and the complex is overall very quiet; there's a no party policy written into the rent. Super close to anything you'll need (campus, groceries, bus stops)
