Overall Happy

The location is rather expensive, but the security is incredible and the added fee for secure parking is worth it. The amenities are insane with multiple lounges, a rooftop terrace, pool, hot tub, study room, conference room etc. The complex has mostly people in their 20s and 30s and a lot of med students so it is a young crowd. Management is so-so. I've been here for 3 years and there has been a lot of turnover. There is a ton of street noise, especially at night because of events at Little Caesars Arena which is a few blocks away.
