Solid apartment option

The apartments are brand new, very spacious, and provide good value.Some minor cons are the thin walls and floors (you can hear your neighbors) ad lack of amenities. But you get what you pay for.

Maeve on Ridge Review

Clean, new, bright with big windows. Attentive management team. Gym is small but very functional.

New Condo Style

Built-in 2022, very new and well-maintained. The management group is reasonably available. It is just outside the parking permit region so you are eligible for a parking pass on Northwestern’s campus.
